The Management and HR department organized a seminar on “Career Management Skills” for the final year students of faculty of Business Administration which was held on 15th October, 2018 at 9:30-11:00 am. To share the experience of the relevant field, Mrs. Arifa Sultana, Manager – Performance Management System & Campus, Human Resources, Bkash conducted a session to aware about the current practices of the industry. She also outlined a guideline   on how to prepare the right resume and how to win the job interview. The presentation was very interesting for the students and was followed by question answer session. On a final note, Ms. Arifa encouraged students to think about career in Bkash. In the seminar Mr. Sayeed Nasir, General Manager, Organizational Development and Ariba Ayesha Sattar, Senior Officer, Organizational Development, Human Resources, BKash Limited were also present.  The Vice President Academics and Dean of Faculty of Business Administration, Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva  ended the session by giving a vote of thanks to the guest speaker for his valuable contribution and handed over a certificate and gift pack to the respected speaker. The students were enriched and delighted to gain knowledge from experienced personnel. The respective faculty members were also present in the seminar. The seminar was organized by Ms. Samia Shabnaz, Senior Assistant Professor and Coordinator department of Management & HRM and coordinated by Ms. Anisa Sultana, Senior Assistant Professor, Department of Management & HRM with the support from Office of Placement and Alumni (OPA).
