Department of Management and HRM, FBA organized a Digital Poster Exhibition on “Strategic Plan Design” Fall—2019-2020 (An Innovative Business Idea Competition) was held on the 10th of December 2019. It was a successful poster exhibition with the participation of students from two different sections of the Strategic Management course. This event was stemmed from a Digital Poster Competition on Implication of Strategic Tools in the very last semester. The event is one of the flagship events of the BBA Program, specifically for the students of the Strategic Management course. The participating students put together a wonderful set of poster displays and exhibited excellent efforts all throughout the event. As far as the aim of the competition is concerned; it was a significant program that aided students to come up with new business ideas, to learn how to apply strategic tools that stabilize them to plan strategically as well as to manage them efficiently in various Business Environments. Strategic planning is an imperative key for solving strategic tasks; it is the process of developing, maintaining and controlling a strategic balance between organizational goals and resources within the organization and in the market environment. Posters were evaluated by Mr. Obaidul Islam, Associate Professor; Ms. Anisa Sultana, Assistant Professor; Mr. Afdalin Bin Haque, Assistant Professor, from the Department of Management and Human Resource Management, FBA as well as Dr. Rezbin Nahar, Associate Professor, and also the course teacher of ‘Strategic Management’ in the BBA Program. Students were highly motivated and inspired by the presence of Mr. Obaidul Islam, Associate Professor, Department of Management and Human Resource Management as he joined the event and shared his valuable guidelines to the students. The top three groups were chosen as the winners of this competition. The Competition was organized and coordinated by Dr. Rezbin Nahar, Associate Professor, Department of Management and HRM, FBA along with the cooperation from Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva, Vice President (Academics) and Dean, Faculty of Business Administration and Ms. Farheen Hassan, Director, BBA Program.
